Our Small-Batch Estate Wines
While most of our grapes are sold to local wineries, in November 2006 we bottled our first estate wine, the 2005 Tucalota Vineyard Cinsualt.
Eric continued experimenting with our grapes, bottling ___ cases of an unfiltered 2006 Cinsault.
Most recently, Eric has bottled our 2008 Cinsault. Round and well-balanced, with strong fruit and light tannins on the back end.
